Bullying

Bullying is not acceptable workplace behaviour and it should not be tolerated in any form. Examples could include abusive language, behaviour that frightens, humiliates or degrades, and deliberately excluding or isolating a person from normal workplace activities.

Dispute Resolution

The Employee Ombudsman promotes appropriate dispute resolution practices for workplace disputes. This website is a great place to start!

The Office of the Employee Ombudsman is a member of a team of agencies supporting research via an ARC Linkage Grant which explores questions of OHS for home-care workers.
